Refund policy

If your cards arrive damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Because these are low-cost novelty items, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5–10 business days.
